- Fill and submit licensing application to the BC Child Care Licensing Office. (June 2, 2026)

- Hire two qualified staff (August): The center will start with two qualified staff members, one Early Childhood Educator (ECE) and one assistant—trained to deliver quality care and follow safety procedures. (August, 2026)
